I’ve been inspired by part of the “Shadows after dark” lyrics which says:
You can see a mans face
Trust no shadows after dark
I have used colors and shapes for “darkness” and “danger” feelings. Not every hand that you stand on, is god hand.
We are not uncommon to see “404 Error”. 404 Error Page means the server could not find the requested website. So I use it to stand for people who suffer from human trafficking. They lose their names, human rights and dignity, like never alive in the world. Moreover, “404 Error” can appear in any browser. Just like human trafficking, No matter where it is, it always happens. Maybe the crisis is lurking by your side. Thus, please save these people and face the problem immediately.
This poster was made to illustrate that the majority of children that experience these cases know their aggressors. It is stricking that in their own family members they experience these type of events.
It is important to let parents know that the people around their kids could be differnt from what they think they are.
I drew a picture of a woman in a cage for sale by hand. This is an insult to women, and it’s not right. So I appeal to you to protect women. People are not commodities, they are not for sale
The message I want to convey with my poster Is the urge to stand up against the comercialization of people.
In many parts of the world, people are oppressed, struggling and helpless. We should persist in protecting human rights and turn the dark shadow into a place where the sun can shine.
A mother and daughter walking down the street may be seen as profit by others, danger is everywhere
The brush figure is isomorphic with the female body, implying that sexual exploitation
is the main form of human trafficking. It expresses the problem of modem slavery and
reminds people to protect and save the victims of human trafficking.
